I’m documenting my progress on Friendship 2 because I am curious about the decision I’m making. Usually when  I show stages I am stopping and moving forward deliberately based on set stages, like “Lay In” or “highlights” stuff like you might find in a book on how to paint. But I’ve not really paid much attention to what I am doing when I am not thinking about teaching methods.

Been thinking about what is it to be a friend. What is a friend’s responsibly. Is it to listen and accept. To be a non judge.

This is a first start of a painting of two friends, one listening to absorb. I have a sense of the relationship down and what to make the meaning clearer if possible. Will start on version 2 today.
